Program Registration Terms

The PACE Australia guarantee

PACE Australia guarantees that by using the processes, tools and skills provided, you will “drive your sales performance”. If you are not completely satisfied with the added value to you and your organisation after attending this program, we will offer you a full refund of your investment.

Registration and Fees

• All registrations received are considered to be firm
• All registrations will be acknowledged and confirmed by email
• The total program fee is payable in advance – a Tax Invoice will be issued prior to the program date
• The program fee is $4,650 + GST for the full two part, 5 day program
• Your program fee includes tuition from experienced Consultants, a comprehensive program binder, handouts, application assignments after each program part, two sales management reference text books, lunch, refreshments, and a certificate upon completion

Cancellations and Deferrals

• These terms apply independently to both Part 1 and Part 2 of the program
• Cancellations and deferrals will be accepted without charge where PACE has been notified at least 22 days prior to the program date
• Cancellations or deferrals from 15 – 21 days prior to the program date will attract a $500 + GST administration charge
• Cancellations or deferrals from 8 – 14 days prior to the program date will attract a $1,000 + GST administration charge
• Cancellations or deferrals within 7 days of the program date will attract a $2,000 + GST administration charge
• A suitable substitute may be nominated at any stage without additional charge

Please note that PACE incurs significant fees and charges relating to the reservation of the program venue, meals, preparation and printing of all materials and administration. We are unable to re-sell cancelled or deferred places at short notice, typically less than 3 weeks.
