In April this year PACE Australia successfully tendered to work with us on our Distribution Segmentation project amongst three potential candidates.

In the brief time allocated PACE Australia were able to familiarise themselves with the special requirements of our industry as well as our business in particular. This was done through effective research and interviews with various members of ING staff.

One of the biggest challenges of our project was to steer Senior Management within our Sales and Distribution Division to an agreed approach for the project ahead. After a Strategy workshop (facilitated by PACE) with Senior Management we came away with an agreed Segmentation Model as well as a vision of where we wanted to be at the conclusion of the project with actionable tasks to get there.

This was an enormous help and was done with utmost professionalism from both Paul Archer and Ted Doraisamy.

We have since successfully communicated our strategy to our Business Development Team and have begun making plans for the subsequent phases of our project. When we implement some of the tasks such as BDM training and Account Management processes we hope to use the services of PACE Australia to facilitate these functions.
