company at the beginning of this quarter. As you know we had some real issues
with the mix of skills and focus within our sales team. I was looking for a big
improvement in 3 months. You delivered! Our revenue is up 72% and profits are up
105% over last quarter.
The revenue increase I directly assign to the work you did with the sales
team. We have a greater synergy of effort, a will to win. Your efforts allowed
us to maximise our investment in our existing staff. The increase in profits
came partly as a result of involving all departments in the PACE Australia
training program. Support staff still quote segments from the workshops back to
me. They benefited immensely. While some of the material we covered is not new -
you could say that neither are the problems we face. I feel your company's
approach is in tune with today's market. Working with you in a professional
manner was a bonus.
You took time to understand our issues and shape the workshops to suit. A
partnership of growth is the result. This is not a one hit wonder. The materials
and workshop you developed for us have presented us with an infrastructure for
change. I guess most companies build walls between departments, and we were no
different. Well -'Bygones'! We have a new attitude filtering through the
company, and it's what gives me great confidence in future results.
