HealthCheck!
The PACE HealthCheck! is a web-based diagnostic tool that analyses areas of
strength and weakness in your organisation's approach to their overall strategy
of finding and winning new customers, and keeping and growing existing
customers.
A HealthCheck! diagnostic can be conducted by a single department, or across
all departments in your organisation. Results can be analysed in several ways -
different levels of management and different departmental perspectives. PACE
Australia will then assist your organisation to create workable improvement
strategies in the areas of greatest opportunity.
We currently have three HealthCheck! diagnostics:
1 - Sales HealthCheck!
Sales HealthCheck! is a detailed diagnosis of 25 key areas of contribution to
the effectiveness of a sales team eg forecasting, sales planning, motivation,
prospecting, recruitment and induction.
The response to a series of questions provides management with a feedback
analysis of the current perceived state of the organisation in each key area.
2 - Customer Service HealthCheck!
Customer Service HealthCheck! provides a detailed diagnosis of 9 key areas of
contribution to the effectiveness of a service organisation eg service
attitudes, service processes, knowledge and skills.
The response to a series of questions provides management with a feedback
analysis of the current perceived state of the organisation in each key area.
3 - Key Customer HealthCheck!
Key Customer HealthCheck! provides a detailed diagnosis of 18 key areas of
contribution to the effectiveness of key customer management, eg objectives,
strategies, internal and external review processes, senior management
involvement.
The response to a series of questions provides management with a feedback
analysis of the current perceived state of the organisation in each key area.
